Paryż to niezwykłe miasto, ale po szalonym dniu spędzonym w tej tętniącej życiem metropolii, trzeba zrelaksować się z dala od zgiełku i tłumu. Chess Hotel powstał właśnie w takim celu. Projekt autorstwa Gilles & Boissier nawiązuje charakterem do tradycji hotelarstwa. Cztery gwiazdki, pięćdziesiąt pokoi, kolorystyka w odcieniach musztardy i błękitu oraz charakterystyczna podłoga-szachownica czynią z Chess Hotel miejsce pełne harmonii i spokoju, o przyjaznej atmosferze, nowoczesne i przepełnione paryskim szykiem.
Projektanci zaprojektowali w nim wszystko, od mebli, poprzez oświetlenie i akcesoria. Użyli mteriałów bardzo wysokiej jakości - naturalnego drewna dębowego, marmuru Carrara i granitu, polerowanego mosiądzu oraz naturalnym tkanin jak len i zamsz.
